Prepaid freight is $3500 across Canada.

Pick-up

Yes, orders can picked from our Burlington Distribution Centre.

Order Picking Time

We require 2-3 business days to pick your order from our DC. Your total lead time after that will just be the travel time to get to your facility.

Backorders

Backorders are shipped on the next shipment as product becomes available. We cannot ship backorders that don't meet prepaid levels.

Returns

Returns are not permitted without "Return Goods Authorization" from Globe (RGA). Returns are not permitted after 90 days. Stickered boxes by customers are not returnable. Full cases only can be returned. Customer is responsible for all freight for returns. Re-stocking fee of 15% is to be applied to all returns. Private label or custom items are not returnable.

Damages

Damages and Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Images must be provided of damages. Customer is responsible to mark the damages on the shipping documentation at the time of delivery.
